今天早上9点多就起来了，开始准备用英语电话面试的问题。先看了一会Friends，又打一会游戏，实在是没有什么心思放在上面。很感谢小QQ对我一向的帮助和支持，她为我纠正了我的英语面试答案，并给出了新的参考。可能睡得不好，白天迷迷糊糊，总有点困，但还是作了6页共12项的准备，主要是常规问题，如果是技术问题，我只能对着resume自由发挥了。
约定时间是北京时间的晚上九点，我在等大西洋彼岸的电话。随着时间越来越近，身经百战的我也不免有点紧张，毕竟这是我第一次正式和老外用英语谈话。纵有千万准备，总会感到准备不足。20:50,电脑出了点问题，网络断了，我突然有点不自在，我想了一下，我还是重启了。21:00，还没有电话打过来，21:04，手机还是没有动静？怎么回事？我忙在网上和猎头mm联系，她安慰我说老外就是那样，效率不高，让我不要紧张。小QQ还说晚半个小时也不稀奇。我手握着手机，深呼吸了一口气，继续等待。突然手机震动了一下，来了一条短信，说是谁给我点了歌，ft，又是骗钱的，浪费我的表情！过了一分钟，手机响了一下，是一个来电，可立即就挂断了，我还没看清楚来电号码，ft。终于，再过了两分钟，望穿秋水，老外的来电终于到了。我深呼吸了一下，接了起来。
本来还庆幸自己没有用小灵通，没想到中国移动的网络也是这么烂，难道是国际长途的问题？那天和猎头mm的来电也是有点断续的，天哪，今晚也是如此，我有时会突然感到听不到他在说什么。此次电话面试的过程大概如下(不是原话，只是大意)：
Mr. hunt: hello,heris a phone come from **(company).I am sorry for my late, I had dial a wrong number just now.
Me:(nervous, I don't know how to say suddently.)That' OK.
Mr. hunt:How are you today?(he said a lot,but I think the main idea is that.)
Me：fine,thank you.
Mr. hunt：OK.(After that,He said a lot quickly, the conversation turn to technology questions directly.I can just catch that some key words such as MMI,BREW)
Me:(nervous....)pardon,plz?
Mr. hunt:Had you use ***(their product)or heard that?
Me：....Oh,I haven't, but I have heard ***(their product).(and I pick some key sentence from the doc and read these to Mr. Hunt.)
Mr. hunt：OK.
Mr. hunt:some question about my resume.perhaps he asked me how to design and code.
Me: After I beg his pardon for 3 times, I write some documents and organize some software engineer to review,and after that I finish code in 2 weeks.
Mr. hunt：OK.
(This round, sometimes I cannot catch what he mean, sometimes I cannot express my opion clearly,I think my performance is so bad.)
Mr. hunt:some question about multi-language version such as Arabic rules(in my resume)
Me: Well,as you know,Arabic is a specail language,it displays from right to left, and the charater's shape can be changed if two or several character meet together.(I answer fluently)
Mr.hunt:OK，....How do ...arabic rule play a role in the code?
Me:pardon?
Mr.hunt:......(he say again)
Me:.....
Mr. hunt：could you tell how the arabic multi-tap work?
Me:.....There is a English multi-tap on mobile phone,I just modify character unicode such as a,b,c to the according arabic character.(nervous,but speak fluently...)
Mr.hunt:OK,I see.
Mr. hunt: OK.(He said a lot........)Had you any question to ask about our work?
Me：(Pardon for two times.)
Me:Well,what's your main product,is that ***(their product)?(speak fluently)
Mr. hunt:.......(I don't care about this, I think of the next question at that time.)
Me:OK.how many people working there?(speak fluently)
Mr. hunt:.......(He said a lot,but I don't care about this, I think of the next question at that time.)
Me:are there any Asian or Chinese working there?(speak fluently)
Mr.hunt:yes,but quite a few.
Me:OK,I have no question.
Mr. hunt:OK, why did you leave your last job?
Me:Well, I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.I cannot chanlle myself as much as expected.(speak fluently)
Mr.hunt:how many people do you lead in your project?
Me:pardon?(In fact, I can guess what he had said.)11
Mr.hunt:include tester?
Me:no.,As you know,the feature phone is the most power CDMA phone in my company,so this project needs 11 people.
Mr.hunt: OK.
Me:In fact,there are 4 persons left at the last 3 monthes.(I think I say more words.)
Mr.hunt:OK.
Mr.hunt: What position will you like to take?
Me:Perhaps, an opportunity at a management position would be exciting.But now, I'd like to be a software engineer.(I think he need this answer.)
Mr.hunt:OK,actually there is no leader position here, we need a software engineer.(I think he is satisfied with my answer.)
Mr.hunt:(he said a lot again).......How do you know us?by agency or ...?
Me:(pardon for tow times.)by agency
Mr. hunt: All right,you will get the feedback from agency.
Mr.hunt:Thanks for .....
Me:nice to have this interview, and thanks for your patience. see you.
Mr.hunt:Good bye.
打完之后，就立即跟猎头mm说面试完毕了。那时的我，心里还很不平静，除了应该告诉她我面试完之外，还想找个人倾诉。非常感谢猎头mm的安慰，呵呵。又和几位好友聊了一下，洗洗衣服，然后写下这篇blog。
